# Import Inputs from Langfuse

## Prerequisites

Use access to the intended Langfuse Project and permission to create its public/secret API-key pair. Obtain the endpoint origin for that Project's actual deployment region. The endpoint and keys must describe the same Project.

## Connect and validate

1. In Langfuse, select the Project and create the key pair in its settings.
2. Open **Admin → Integrations → Langfuse** in Teammately.
3. Choose a descriptive **Display name**, then enter the endpoint origin and both keys in **Connection setup**.
4. Add the connection and inspect validation. Use **Validate** or **Replace credentials** to maintain the same intended boundary.

## Select inputs to import

Open the Project's **Assets → Cases** integration flow, bind the connection, browse traces and explicitly select inputs. Reconcile them against [Project Input Schema](/docs/project-settings/input-schema) before benchmark use. Connecting alone imports no traces and does not approve captured behavior.

## Verify and recover

Confirm the intended Project/region, successful connection validation and the actual imported Case content. Preserve original trace/record identity where returned. For validation failures, check the endpoint region and public/secret pair together.

Replace credentials on the existing connection when rotating keys. Deleting the Teammately connection does not revoke the key in Langfuse; manage provider credentials there separately.
